* Must be process oriented with good understanding of all technologies.
* Should have excellent communication skills.
Job Description:
* To Plan and assign the tasks to team members through tickets daily.
* Monitoring the issues and make sure it gets completed within 24 Hrs.
* To estimate time for solving an issue in an projects.
* Must be a productive team player and able to work with developers to resolve issues.
* To report progress and issues in a timely manner as defined to both client and top level of the organization.
* To maintain and develop knowledge, skills and competencies about processes.
